The production line adopts a modular design, which can be flexibly configured with Coating Pretreatment Equipment according to customer needs, providing three pretreatment solutions: spray type, soak type and spray-immersion combined type, to realize fully automatic processing of workpiece degreasing, phosphating and silane conversion. At the same time, it can seamlessly connect with Powder Coating Equipment, Paint Coating Equipment and Electrophoresis Coating Equipment to build a complete coating process chain from blank pretreatment to finished product curing, which is suitable for mass continuous production needs in multiple industries such as automotive parts, construction machinery, hardware building materials and furniture home appliances.
