June 11, 2026, Qingdao, China — Qingdao Anben Painting Equipment Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise, today announced the completion of the third-generation technical upgrade of its core distributed Gas Radiant Heating system. The upgraded system will be standard-equipped across the company’s full range of Powder Coating Equipment, Paint Coating Equipment, Electrophoresis Coating Equipment and Powder Coating Line, providing global manufacturing enterprises with more efficient and eco-friendly full-process coating solutions.
Since introducing Canadian SRP authorized technology and achieving localized mass production in 2015, Qingdao Anben’s Gas Radiant Heating system has served over 1,200 coating enterprises worldwide, completely solving industry pain points of traditional hot air circulation heating such as deflagration hazards, excessive energy consumption and poor drying environment. This third-generation upgrade further optimizes the burner structure and intelligent zoning temperature control algorithm, reducing comprehensive energy consumption by an additional 12% with a total energy saving of over 42%, while achieving ±2℃ temperature uniformity control inside the oven.
The upgraded Gas Radiant Heating system can realize data interconnection and linkage control with the company’s full range of Coating Pretreatment Equipment, building an intelligent closed loop from workpiece degreasing, phosphating, silane conversion to spraying and drying curing. Whether it is powder coating of heavy construction machinery, paint spraying of precision hardware parts, or electrophoretic anti-corrosion of automotive components, the system can provide customized drying curves, completely eliminating coating defects such as sagging, pinholes and color differences, and increasing the product yield rate to over 99.5%.
